The week of January 6th is a special wellness week for all Penn Manor staff throughout the district.  CM Student Council decided to hold its own special week for students.  Here are the events for the week at CM.

Sunday Night Sleep!  Get the proper amount of sleep = 10-11 hours.  (elementary age children)

Monday – No Moan Monday:  Students will be encouraged to positively reflect about their lives.
Tuesday – Tasty Tuesday:   Students will be encouraged to eat a healthy meal and make healthy snack choices.
Wednesday – Water and Exercise Day:  Students are encouraged to drink lots of water and exercise that day.
Thursday – Team Fitness Challenge Day:  Students will play in teams at recess.
Friday – Pay it Forward Friday:   Students will be encouraged to do at least one nice thing for someone else in the building.
